*Living in the Future* by Robert Silverberg and
*Here Comes Civilization* by William Tenn

We are proud to announce the release of two new eBooks.

*Living in the Future* is a collection of articles from SF Grandmaster
Robert Silverberg, containing his observations on Science Fiction, what
it’s like to be living in the future, and an amazing profusion of other
topics of interest to him over his long and successful writing career. Here
you can find essays and interviews conducted over the course of Bob’s
tenure as one of the most influential sf writers of the twentieth century.

Drawn from book introductions, speeches, story reviews, interviews, and his
long-running column in *Asimov’s Science Fiction Magazine*, articles in
this collection touch on a wide range of interests to this polymath writer:
ancient and modern history, his fellow writers, developments in science,
reflections on the science fiction field itself, and his own history,
including the events leading to his quitting science fiction in 1975. And
his subsequent return to writing in the mid-1980s.

*Here Comes Civilization* contains the novel *Of Men and Monsters*, as well
as all of the short science fiction that was not included in the companion
to this volume, *Immodest Proposals*. It includes such classic stories as
"Bernie the Faust," "The Malted Milk Monster," and "The Discovery of
Morniel Mathaway." Also included are several stories that have not been
reprinted since their initial magazine publications as well as the short
novel *A Lamp for Medusa*. Tenn has long been considered one of the major
satirists in the field. The Science Fiction Encyclopedia calls him "one of
the genre's very few genuinely comic, genuinely incisive writers of short
fiction."
