I proposed these three:

Gibson,William 2003 Pattern Recognition (356 pages)
Lethem,Jonathan 1994 Gun, with Occasional Music (262 pages)
Moorcock,Michael 1972 An Alien Heat (147 pages)

Shelly proposed these three: (with her later substitution)

Morris, Brandon Q The Disturbance
Burroughs, William S. Cities of the Red Night
Brunner, John The Jagged Orbit

I saw exactly one vote for anything: Liz voted for "Gun, with Occasional
Music" from my list.

No one voted on anything else. Wow, We need a pair of votes from the dozen
people who usually show up at the reading group meetings. I'd choose "The
Disturbance" and from my own list, "An Alien Heat".

I've never read anything by Brandon Q. Morris. He seems to have about 6000
books listed on his web site, with "The Disturbance" listed as the eighth
in his "Solar System" series, the first of which is "The Hole".
