[nesfa-reading-group] Votes for November or December

Hmm. I'm surprised at the reactions. I remember Louis saying that we'll
vote over "the next couple of weeks", not "at the next meeting".  And Liz
sent a vote within a day or two, which reinforced my belief.

Anyway, if it can be resolved before the meeting, we don't have to waste
time at the meeting.
