[nesfa-reading-group] Votes for November or December

No additional votes have shown up in the past 10 days, so we'll use the
list in the message I'm replying to as the starting point during our
Reading Group discussion (of *Carter & Lovecraft*) next Friday to pick our
November and December books.

People can change their votes and people who haven't voted can vote at the
meeting.
