[nesfa-reading-group] which version?

I read the Project Gutenberg version, which says "Release date: December
29, 2006", "Copyright, 1956, by Eric van Lhin", and "Library of Congress
Catalogue Card Number: 56-13313".

I am not interested in the differences. This was a mediocre book, even in
1956.
