[nesfa-reading-group] reading-group info on Meetup.

The NESFA events, a portion of which is on on the front page of
www.nesfa.org, and the NESFA google calendar both have all Reading group
events listed for all books we have chosen.

NESFA meets on the first Friday of each month unless something like a
Boskone work session pushes it out of the way.

Copying that info to Meetup is something Louis did for a while and I asked
if someone else could pick that up.

I think Rick said I have *access*, but I don't have time in the next few
months to play with it. If we continue Louis's pattern, entering each book
will require digging up a cover photo image from the web.
