NESFA Press is proud to announce the publication of Silverlock,
including the Silverlock Companion, which brings Silverlock, the
novel by John Myers Myers, back into print for the first time in
25 years. It also includes an extensive Reader's Guide to the
characters and places in Silverlock, and several biographical,
introductory and critical essays. This volume, like the rest of
the NESFA's Choice series will be kept in print indefinitely. It
was edited by David G. Grubbs, Pam Fremon and Fred Lerner.

This edition of Silverlock features a critical essay by Darrell
Schweitzer, a memoir by the author's daughter, Celia Myers, and
an introduction by Karen Anderson, all newly written for this
edition. The volume also includes introductions originally
written for earlier editions of Silverlock, biographical essays
by and about the author, poetry by the author, a comprehensive
Reader's Guide containing explanations and original sources of
the hundreds of literary references running through Myers's rich
work, and even sheet music for songs created from poetry in the
novel Silverlock.
