[nesfa-reading-group] Book picks for June, July

I tried to keep track of what we've read in the NESFA Reading Group, but I
seem to have failed to write them all down, especially at the beginning.
My notes turned into this. Can anyone fill in the gaps?  We have taken off
February for Boskone each year and August for Worldcon. This year fewer
people will go to Worldcon, so we should think about August.
