I could do 8 tonight.Sent from my Sprint Phone.------ Original message------From: David G. GrubbsDate: Tue, Apr 14, 2020 12:54 PMTo: NESFA Reading Group;Cc: Subject:[nesfa-reading-group] I'd like to experiment with ZoomWhat time should I schedule a meeting (my first time) with a few of you so we can see what kinds of features I have and how to use them?I watched a few videos on how to manage things and I created an "Immediate" connection to Leah here at home to see if it works.  I was surprised that a lot of things were missing, but when I went into my (huge!) settings page, I found all sorts of things (like Yes/No voting and other things we used in the NESFA meetings so far) that were turned off by default. I turned a bunch of them on. So what I'd like to do is schedule a meeting for the first time with at least two other people (three or four would be better) and to walk through to test features:Co-hosts (there seems to be no limit)Host passing -- I can give away the hos!
t position, but as owner I can take it back, but there can be only one host with my license.Breakout roomsChat, single, multiple, pictures, videos, etc.screen sharing -- AND the annotation features that allow you to write and draw over shared images to demonstrate or highlight somethingvoting, handsup, etc.  -- and the host controls to clear and count them.We did some of this in the NESFA meeting, but I not only want to stress my license (very different from MIT's), but there are some things we couldn't do in a large group.  Breakout rooms have some odd characteristics I'd like to experiment with. So, can we do this later tonight sometime?  Tomorrow is a NESFA meeting, so if not tonight, maybe Thursday evening?
