Hello Everyone;

I will not be attending Friday, so will leave this review of “The Spare Man”.

Based on my main criterion, the extent to which the novel retained my interest and it was not a chore to have to go to the next chapter, this novel was good.

This was to a large extent a traditional murder mystery; which could occur aboard an ocean ship or a train. I only noticed two occasions where being in a space ship had a important effect on the plot; that the mass aboard the ship was carefully monitors and Coriolis effect changed the trajectory of something thrown

Based on those criteria, I give it a 9/13.
