I apologize to the group.

My recovery from heart surgery has not gone exactly as I had hoped. There's
nothing measurably wrong, but I'm told that three months (as of a few days
ago) is when I can *start* trying to get back to normal, not the end of the
recovery process.

My energy, tolerance for stress, and general equanimity have all suffered.

For now, it would help if someone (Wes has volunteered) officially took on
the lead role in running the reading group.

I can assist (by playing with calendars and website changes that I can
still do easily) and I plan to attend meetings. (I've read the next two
books.)
