[nesfa-reading-group] Reading group on the NESFA website & past reading choices

As you requested, I posted our reading history in two Google Sheets linked
into the nesfa.org website.

If you have time, please take a look. Test the links to see if they do what
you expect. (I set the two sheets to be "view only" except for the website
admins. Please test that.)

Click on the Reading Group entry in the nesfa.org "Latest News" item or
select Menu -> Events -> Reading Group

If you find anything missing from either list, or find any problems, send
me email.

Either click should take you to a page containing other links, including
the two new Google Sheets. It is a static page that should require no
further maintenance except to fix bugs.

While editing the Reading Group presence in all the web pages, I found
remnants of all sorts of older ideas for how it should look.

There were links pointing to images of old books, plus text that listed our
"next meeting" differently, suggesting five different books over our past
year or two. Whoever set up some of this assumed there would be plenty of
time to keep it all up to date.

What I *tried* to do is to leave only one place on the website to update --
the Reading Group entry in the "Latest News" list on the main nesfa.org web
page.

We'll also have to update the history sheets.
