[nesfa-reading-group] Davy by Pangborn NOT available in any Massachusetts library

I think all books that are available with reasonable prices (not hundreds
but around $10)  should be allowed for selection.

There are many books not available in libraries, I ran into availability
issues especially for self published books. Some of them may be eventually
published by some publisher but some may never get published.

Recent examples of books I loved that were self published and not available
in libraries:
