I once ordered an item from Hoopla through the Arlington Library and the 
next thing I knew there were ten Hoopla charges on my credit card which 
I had to dispute. My library said that shouldn't have happened; I 
shouldn't have been charged at all, and in fact I don't know how they 
got my credit card (through the library). Anyway, beware.
