[nesfa-reading-group] Dec 6 or 13. Both ok

Of all people reporting, only *I* seem to have a December 6th conflict.  So
we will leave it at December 6th. I fixed the NESFA calendars to say so
unequivocally.

I believe Liz is currently maintaining the Meetup
announcement/calendar/whatever-it-is. It settled on December 6th.

I may read the book and send a short review to someone to read. It is the
7th book in a series. I have read the first six with some enjoyment.
