[nesfa-reading-group] postponing July and August

Since no one objected, let's postpone both the July and August meetings by
a week, so the July meeting will be on July 11, and the August meeting will
be on August 8.

Any further objections?  If not, we'll talk about this at the March 7
meeting and I'll update the calendars after that meeting.
