[nesfa-reading-group] Selecting our July book at the March 7 meeting.

Wes, I thought it was clear that we were planning to choose both July and
August books. You have one of them and I'm trying to encourage someone
else who hasn't offered selections in the past year.
We'll pick one of yours. And if no one "new" speaks up, we'll pick one of
Chip's (probably, unless he passes too).
