[nesfa-reading-group] book suggestions

I probably will not be able to attend
the May NESFA book club meeting,
but I wanted to offer several suggestions.

Since I am interested in books
that I have not read,
I have no feeling for how good
or bad the following books
might be.  Also, I have chosen
relatively old books
because I attend two other
science-fiction&fantasy book clubs
whose selections skew strongly
to recent publications.
