[nesfa-reading-group] Should we meet on Tuesdays or Fridays?

Since, from experience, we seemed to have better attendance on a non-Friday, I would go for Tuesday. We can remember because it is the day to pay for hamburgers. 2nd or 4th Tuesday makes no difference to me. I could also come any Friday if that is what the group decides.

Hey reading groupers… er, um… reading groupies… um, reading group members (we’ll have to work on that), 

Louis here. 

As you well know, the reading group currently meets on the first Friday of the month. 

Would you be able to attend more meetings if we were to meet on a Tuesday or a different Friday? Let us know by replying with which of the below days you’d prefer to meet on. 

Any Friday
Either the 2nd or the 4th Tuesday
1st Friday
2nd Friday
3rd Friday
4th Friday
2nd Tuesday
4th Tuesday

Also, 

On Friday, May 4th (May the 4th be with you! Damn, we should have read a Star Wars novel), we’ll be discussing Last and First Men by Olaf Stapledon. We’ll also be choosing our next set of books to read. 

 

And on Friday, June 1st, we’ll be discussing Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton (or, as I like to call it, Dino-Disney).
