I suggest The Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O. that I have just read. It's by Neal Stephenson & Nicole Galland. Although long, it is a fast read.

Unless anyone objects, we'll say votes should be in by midnight on Wednesday. If someone has already voted, and does not offer a different choice, the previous vote will be counted. Any questions, feel free to email me, either on list or off.

I am not actually voting for anything in this case, just making suggestions. In my role as moderator, it is my responsibility to see that a book that group members want to read is chosen for each month's meeting. In order to help facilitate that process, please do NOT make joke suggestions for books in the future, to avoid potential unpleasantness.
