[nesfa-reading-group] What’cha_think_about_a_v irtual_Reading_Group_test?

The "other David" is "David W.". I'm "David G." or "Dave G."  The only
collision we've run into so far at NESFA with that pattern is "Rick
K{atze,ovalcik}", so Kovalcik goes by RKOV.
