[nesfa-reading-group] Latest News Section of the Website / Reading Group

webmaster wasn't supposed to do this. The head of the NESFA Reading Group
was supposed to do it or have a helper do it.  I just did it.

I'd already have done it if someone reminded me -- I have too many things
to do to keep that in mind all the time.

Which goes for the whole "News" section. Several people need to review it
regularly. Updating is trivial. Remembering to do it is nearly impossible
-- at least for me. With NESFA Press, reading groups, two different musical
groups with concerts coming up all over November and December, etc. etc.

Find someone responsible and make them review the website every week (or at
least month).
